Cancellation Policy



Hospitality Norfolk and Stay Norwich Apartments cancellation policy. Discounted rates are non-refundable unless agreed upon in advance.  Bookings without payment are provisional bookings and must be confirmed with full payment at least seven days before the checking day to move the booking to a CONFIRMED BOOKING STATUS. Bookings are only confirmed with full payment; booking dates can be adjusted upward, adding additional nights subject to availability.  Guests can cancel bookings during their stay with a fourteen-day notice period and get a refund on the unused nights, or nights can be held on credit for a future visit.

We recommend arranging bookings about two to three weeks ahead, only if the stay is less than 28 nights. Some dates on our booking system are not open for fewer than 28 nights (far-out bookings). The above information is subject to change without notice. We know travel plans change, and we do our best to work with clients to ensure we can be as flexible as possible with cancellation policies. We must have received full payment before check-in.  Your booking can be resold/cancelled or relocated to another property without full payment. Parking is not always included in the accommodation tariff; please check at the time of your booking. Any accidental damage or breakages would be charged to the client even if someone in their group had caused it.  We do not accept a booking from those wishing to use the apartment to entertain clients for financial gain. If such action is noted, we will ask guests to leave without a refund. All apartments are non-smoking and have CCTV monitoring in external or public areas for guest security and safety.
